What to know before you purchase
Every pattern from White Branch Knits is a digital, downloadable product. Here's what to expect around delivery, refunds, and support if something isn't quite right.
1.Digital delivery
Patterns are delivered instantly as a PDF download after checkout is complete. You'll also be able to access your purchase history and re-download patterns anytime from your account.
2.No refunds on downloads
Because patterns are digital files delivered immediately, all sales are final and refunds are not offered once a pattern has been downloaded. Please review the pattern details, sizing, and yarn requirements carefully before purchasing.
3.If something's wrong with a pattern
Every pattern is technically edited with care, but if you run into an unclear instruction, a suspected error, or trouble with your download, please reach out. Corrections are issued promptly, and you'll receive an updated file at no charge.
4.Personal use only
Patterns are for personal use. You're welcome to sell finished items made from a pattern, but the pattern itself — the written instructions, charts, and photography — may not be resold, shared, or redistributed.
5.Getting support
Questions about a pattern, a download link that isn't working, or anything else — send a note and you'll hear back as soon as possible.
